I've always been fascinated by people, systems, and the experiences that connect them.
Over the past 20 years, I've worked across customer service, complaints management, stakeholder engagement and community leadership. Throughout that journey, one thing has remained constant: the belief that every interaction matters.
Whether supporting customers through complex challenges, helping organisations navigate change, or advocating for more inclusive experiences, I've seen firsthand how trust is built - and how easily it can be lost.
Today, I continue to work while undertaking a Bachelor of Laws, bringing together my interests in customer experience, governance, inclusion and justice.
My professional background spans more than 15 years across customer-facing roles, complaints resolution, stakeholder engagement and leadership.
I've worked with consumer, business and enterprise customers, supported frontline teams, managed complex escalations and contributed to initiatives focused on improving customer outcomes and organisational effectiveness.
These experiences have taught me that good service isn't simply about solving problems. It's about creating experiences where people feel heard, respected and valued.
The most effective organisations understand that trust is built through consistency, accountability and genuine human connection.
As a non-binary Australian and community advocate, I have a personal interest in creating environments where people can participate fully and authentically.
My lived experiences have shaped my understanding of inclusion, accessibility and belonging - not only within workplaces, but throughout the customer experiences people encounter every day.
Through community leadership, advocacy and governance roles, I've had opportunities to contribute to conversations about inclusion, representation and organisational responsibility.
I believe inclusion is most powerful when it moves beyond policy and becomes part of everyday interactions.
Balancing a career in capability, customer experience and stakeholder engagement while undertaking a Bachelor of Laws, I continue to explore the intersection of service, governance, inclusion and justice. Every new challenge presents an opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to meaningful outcomes for people and organisations alike.
My interests span customer experience, complaints resolution, inclusion, governance, leadership and the law. I'm particularly interested in how organisations build trust, create belonging, and design systems that are fair, accessible and effective for the people that they serve.
